For me it’s either Kadence or GeneratePress which also offers a free theme and blocks plugin you can later upgrade to premium of buy lifetime.

I signed up for premium in 2018 and generally was happy with it. Three fully years later there was some kind of issue with my card, and without any warning whatsoever, my account was immediately cancelled. I was given no opportunity to address the issue and was told I must now sign up for their “new” program at just about double the price. I don’t recommend this company.
