It was a great share! I was thinking about Beaver builder a lot. I have a project with my friend, and I was thinking about using Beaver builder. A co-worker of mine used it and recommended it as well. I really appreciate you reviewing it, and I learned about all the features. I think it sounds amazing, and I will be trying it soon. Thanks a lot for such a great review, it helped me a lot.

Just a headsup, when it comes time to auto-renew they do this sneaky thing where they send you to wpbeaverbuilder com and heavily imply that that’s where you can change your auto-renew settings, meanwhile, if you don’t cancel them on brainstormforce then they bill you and refuse to refund.

If I was being generous, I’d say it was an innocent mistake but it’s hard to see it that way when they refuse to correct it, and when the auto-renew funnel seems almost designed to perfectly create this confusion with plausible deniability.

The product itself is fine. It’s just disappointing when the ethics seem pretty off base.

Kind of makes you think. I bought Beaver builder for $99 then I dicovered it didn’t work straight out the box. I contacted support and was told BB is a plug-in on not a theme and I need purchase an additional Theme do I did Generate Press. You’ll also have pay $70 per year just for the plug-in otherwise it won’t work. Now I use Generate Press for $50 it has the Generate blocks which does pretty much the same thing for half the price.

I too was concerned about this, so have only used it on my personal site. The site ranks #2 on google for my targeted keyphrase, so it is totally fine for SEO!

We are doing websites at the agency for a while now and tested a lot of page builders including Beaver Builder (about 40 sites), Visual Composer (maybe 100 sites), DIVI etc.. and I think the best solution now, as of June 2018, is Elementor http://elementor.com/. It’s easier to control, have more options and is cheaper. You should try it and let us know what you think.

Those who love it absolutely L-O-V-E it! They find it to be everything it has promised, and for some, even more.

It hasn’t worked out very well for my site, which, on the average, means there is still room in the market for other products to be developed.

Hi Robby,

My only question, is just HOW GOOD is Beaver Builder when it comes to SEO? I”m currently using the Genesis Framework along with Dynamik. I’m scared to begin using Beaver Builder because of past experiences of horrible bloat, messy code that is HORRIBLE for SEO. Can you shine some detailed light in this area? Will my clients’ sites still show up on page one of Google if I switch to using Beaver Builder, while using good SEO practices?

I think my favourite thing about Beaver Builder is how light-weight it is. When I launch a website it just feels really fast and high quality. I tried once with the Bridge theme from Codecanyon and ended up converting the whole site over for FREE for the client to Beaver Builder because I felt dirty each time I had to edit the website lol!

On that I am using the Beaver Builder Theme on BeyondBuilder and a couple of client websites and it really is easy to use.

Have you tried any of the addons that are coming out?

https://www.wpbeaverbuilder.com/support/q/how-to-use-woocommerce-with-beaver-builder/
one of the BB guys says he made a site with BB using the Woo module and the product page looks like:
https://madisonvalleycandle.com/product/jar-candles/
How the heck did he do that? When I add a single product using BB, it looks like crapola, no product tabs, image size is cropped wrong, looks nothing like that site.
