Recently screwed over their most loyal customers by switching to an SaaS-only model that is basically a slap in the face to anyone who purchased licenses upfront. You cannot upgrade now without paying monthly for Thrive Suite. Absolutely disgusting greed from this company.

Side note, their customer service isn’t equipped to offer meaningful help. Takes almost 24 hours for a response and the “solutions” are useless.
