I don’t think there are any, pretty much everyone imposes a limit on number of subscribers and emails sent. You should check out Mailerlite, which also has a free option ( around 1k subs ) and costs a bit less than mailchimp.

hi dev, i found that most of all well-performing plugins like mailpoet and mailchimp offer their free service upto 2000 subscribers. is there any other mail service which doesn’t impose subscribers restrictions.

You can use MailPoet plugin, it allows you to collect emails and send newsletters / autoresponders from WordPress — https://wordpress.org/plugins/wysija-newsletters/

Hey, thanks for recommending these plugins. I wanted to ask, what if I want to collect those emails without using any mailing service like aweber, mailchimp or any?

Not a fan of Thrive – when you delete their builder plugin all your content disappears. So I’m avoiding any of their plugins.

It’s good to hear that you’ve found the right plugin for building your email list.

Plugmatter is a great plugin, it makes adding opt-in forms below the navigation section super easy. A feature that I have not found in other list building plugins. But at the same time you should be careful not to add too many optin forms.
